Colorful Floral Designs With the Let’s Celebrate Collection

Hello there, this is Annie Williams and I’m enthusiastic to be back on the blog today to share a few of vibrant cards made with the new Let’s Rejoice Collection by Yana Smakula. The attractive floral styles and sweet sentiments in the collection encouraged me to develop three cards in pretty spring colour schemes for all diverse instances.

Birthday In Blues Card

The floral structure in the Peony Track record Push Plate is so intricate it reminded me a little of toile, so I inked it in many unique shades of blue to create a backdrop for this fun floral birthday card.

Apply Cruise, Teal Topaz, Azure, and Cosmic Sky BetterPress Ink to the Peony History Push Plate and push the structure onto Porcelain Cotton Cardstock. Trim the panel down to 4” x 5.25” and adhere it to a leading-folding A2-sized white card foundation with foam adhesive. Press the sentiment from the Let us Rejoice Sentiments Push Plate Established on to Porcelain Cotton Cardstock utilizing Cosmic Sky BetterPress Ink and slice it out with the coordinating die.

Die reduce a piece of heavyweight vellum making use of one of the Mirrored Arch Dies and Mirror Gold Cardstock working with the Peony Celebration Die Established. Trim off the buds and leaves from the gold die-cut and adhere driving the vellum die-reduce to form a minor floral spray ahead of adhering the sentiment on major with foam adhesive. Soften Royal Blue and Pastel Aqua Wax Beads, press the Let’s Rejoice Wax Seal Stamp into it, and highlight the elevated style with a gold metallic marker prior to adhering it to the card front.

Gilded Peony Congrats Card

Yana has made one more stunning floral bunch die-lower with the new Peony Celebration Die Established.  I slice the border and leaves of this sophisticated layout from gold cardstock to coordinate with some fairly gold foiling on this congrats card for a close friend.

Die slice Mirror Gold and Barely Peach Cardstock twice working with the peony die and heavyweight vellum making use of the foundation die from the Peony Celebration Die Set. Adhere just the gold border to the vellum foundation die-reduce with liquid glue and ink the peach die-cuts with either Saltwater Taffy or Abandoned Coral Distress Ink ahead of inlaying them in just the gold outline.

Apply Gold Very hot Foil to the top of a piece of Velvet Rose Cardstock using one of the sentiments from the Let’s Rejoice Sentiments Push Plate Set. Trim the panel down to 4.125” x 5.375”, mat with Hardly Peach Cardstock, and adhere to a best-folding A2-sized white card foundation. Pop the two peony die-cuts up on top of the card entrance with foam adhesive and trim off any overhanging pieces with scissors.

Floral Mother’s Working day Card

The Floral Celebration Press Plate and Stencil Bundle develop these types of a very and colourful track record in no time at all. Below I inked it up in cooler tones for this straightforward floral Mother’s Day card.

Implement Cosmic Sky BetterPress Ink to the Floral Celebration Push Plate and press it onto Porcelain Cotton Cardstock. Blend Dried Marigold, Squeezed Lemonade, Kitsch Flamingo, Bundled Sage, Shabby Shutters, and Evergreen Bough Distress Ink onto the history using the coordinating layering stencils. Trim the panel down to 4.125” x 5.375” and mix Tumbled Glass Distress Ink about the edges prior to matting it with Cosmic Sky Cardstock and adhering it to a major-folding A2-sized white card base.

Push a single of the extensive sentiments from the Let’s Celebrate Sentiments Push Plate Set diagonally onto a panel of white cardstock applying Cosmic Sky BetterPress Ink and repeat employing the Mother’s Day sentiment on a separate modest piece of white cardstock.  Die slice the panel diagonally just higher than the very long sentiment using one particular of the borders from the Winter Borders Die Set and lower the other sentiment out working with the coordinating die.  Pop both equally the panel and die-cut sentiment up on leading of the card entrance applying foam adhesive
